不同等级路面下橡胶沥青混合料水稳定性研究

         

摘要

In order to investigate the water stability of asphalt mixture under different levels of pavement,the AC-13 continuous graded asphalt concrete is replaced by the rubber particles.The stability of water in the first stage and the low grade pavement was studied by means of freezing and thawing split test.It is concluded that the suitable rub-ber particles can effectively reduce the splitting strength of asphalt mixture after freez-ing and thawing cycles.The void fraction of rubber asphalt mixture is higher than that of common asphalt mixture,and the splitting tensile strength is slightly less than that of the common asphalt mixture.The anti water performance of rubber asphalt mixture can meet the technical requirements of the first grade pavement engineering,and the in-crease of fine aggregate can improve the anti water performance of low grade pavement.%为探讨不同等级路面条件下橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性能,以橡胶颗粒等质量取代AC-13连续级配沥青混凝土内的部分集料,通过冻融劈裂试验,对其在不同等级路面的水稳定性进行了研究.研究结果表明:掺入适宜的橡胶颗粒能有效减缓沥青混合料冻融循环后的劈裂强度损害.橡胶沥青混合料的空隙率大于普通沥青混合料的,其劈裂抗拉强度略小于普通沥青混合料的,且橡胶颗粒的粒径和掺量对其影响也非常明显.橡胶沥青混合料的抗水性能满足一级路面工程的技术要求.而低等级路面中,增加细集料能够改善其抗水性能.
