转化医学理念下临床专业研究生科研能力的培养初探

摘要

Translational medicine is a two-way research system between basic research and clinical medicine.Translational medi-cine proposed new demands for the medical postgraduates with re-search capability.It is very important to establish a new system for training medical postgraduates in research capability to make them fulfill the need of development of translational medicine.%转化医学倡导从实验室与临床研究的双向转化，是一个新兴的研究体系。转化医学对临床专业医学研究生的科研能力培养提出了新的要求。探索临床研究生科研能力的培养模式，对于培养适应转化医学发展要求的医学人才至关重要。
