师范生实习前试讲问题探究--以铜仁学院外语系实习生为例

The trial teaching before practice is of importance for normal school students. There exist many problems in English trial teaching with regard to their class spoken English, teaching concept and team cooperation. Based on the research on the trial teaching of twenty-three students in grade 2010, we probe into the existing problems. And the findings are that we can effectively enrich the connotation of trial teaching, improve its effectiveness so as to raise their practicing ability by means of strengthening the training their spoken English, implementing the teaching model of heterogeneous forms for the same lesson, consciously cultivating their abilities of team cooperation and enquiry learning.%实习试讲是师范生教育的重要环节。师范英语专业学生的试讲在课堂口语、教学理念、团队合作方面存在许多问题。通过对铜仁学院外语系2010级23位学生试讲的研究，注重学生的语音技能训练，采取同课异构的训练模式，有意识地培养学生的合作协调能力和研究性学习能力，能有效地丰富试讲的内涵，提高试讲的实效性，提高学生试讲的实践能力。
