职业院校学生专业技能标准开发研究

摘要

At present, research on standard of professional skills in China mainly focuses on the interface of professional course standard and vocational post standard; which, to a great extent, improves the vocational post skills of students. However, at present, the comprehensive professional skills level of graduates is evaluated basically from feedback of employers (word of mouth of graduates), so there is no scientific judgment standard. Taking the professional skills standard development of road and bridge engineering technology, this paper introduces the concept of professional skills standard development and provides reference for other professional skills standard development.%目前,我国对于职业技能标准的研究主要集中在专业课程标准与职业岗位标准的对接上,这在一定程度上提升了学生的职业岗位技能.但对于毕业生的综合专业技能水平,目前基本上是依靠用人单位的反馈信息(即毕业生口碑)来评价,尚缺少科学的评判标准.本文以道路桥梁工程技术专业技能标准开发为例,阐述了该专业技能标准开发的思路,为其他专业的技能标准开发提供了参考.
