去行政化视域中的大学治理

摘要

与大学管理不同的是，大学治理具有主体多元性、制度性、平等性、自由性、自治性等特点。目前我国大学治理存在着治理的自主性得不到全面落实，治理的合法性没有完全建构，治理主体相对缺位，缺失治理的社会环境，治理手段单一，权力划界不清等问题，要建构我国特色的大学治理体系，必须以“去行政化”为前提，通过加快治理制度体系和加强治理能力建设，构建良序的公民社会，合理界定权力边界等途径实现。%Different form university management, the university governance has features as subject being diverse, in⁃stitutional, equal, liberal and autonomous.At present, the university governance in China is faced with several prob⁃lems in above aspects. De-administration is the premiss to construct our characteristic university governance, in or⁃der to establish well-ordered civil society.
