我国劳动关系和谐发展的社会实质与客观基础

             

摘要

我国新型劳动关系,具有以下五种特性:一为劳资矛盾统一体的一般属性;二为社会主义利益共同体的经济特性;三为社会主义法律共同体的政治特性;四为社会主义事业共同体的社会特性;五为社会主义命运共同体的人文特性。构建和发展我国社会主义和谐劳动关系,必须抓住其社会本质,强化其共同基础,遵循其现实要求,使之尽快成为劳动关系各方和全社会的共同愿景与价值尊崇,自觉地兴其利而祛其弊,以加速蔚成劳动关系健康发展的大局与大势。%Our national new working relationship has five characteristics. The first one is general attribute for contradiction between employers and employees. The second one is economic characteristics for socialistic common interest. The third one is political characteristics for socialistic common laws. The fourth one is social characteristics for socialistic cause. The fifth one is humanistic characteristics for socialistic hard workers. We must grasp the social essences, enforce the common basis, follow the demands of realistic if we want to construct and develop socialistic harmonious working relationship. We want to promote these concepts to be the social common wish and common value orientation to remove the disadvantage as soon as possible to intense the development of working relationship.
