与工会利益密切相关的美国不当劳动行为

             

摘要

美国法律意义上的不当劳动行为,主要是指企业干涉工会招徕会员等活动、言论含有威胁或陈述不实、控制企业内部劳动组织、歧视工会会员、违反诚实信用原则等行为。法律规定,由劳动关系委员会负责处理上述不当劳动行为,其救济形式一般为复职、清算积欠工资、发布临时禁令等。%According to the American law illegal working deeds is any behaviors like the enterprise inter-fering the trade union to recruit the members and anything like saying truth not like it is , any actions like con-trolling inner working organization in the enterprise .It is any actions like discriminating the working members in the trade union , and any behaviors against the principle of factualism .According to the law , the working rela-tion committee will be in charge of the issue mentioned above .The ways to interrupt the behaviors are to rein-state the employees , to make sure the owed salary and to publish the temporary ban .
