成人高校教务管理人员职业倦怠成因及对策研究

             

摘要

Job burnout of educational administrators in universities of adult education is caused by psychological fatigue from trivial work, psychological lose from low treatment, and psychological confusion from worries about career prospect. The countermeasures to reduce job burnout of educational administrators include optimizing the structure of educational administrators, increasing the working atmosphere of the whole system, improving the work style, and reducing the working pressure as well as strengthening career-dedication and responsibility. The assessment and promotion systems should be gradually perfected with the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism and training, and refresher learning should be well instructed for educational administrators.%成人高校教务管理人员职业倦怠现象产生的原因是:繁琐工作带来的疲劳心理;待遇偏低诱发的失落心理;为发展前景担忧导致的迷茫心理。缓解教务管理人员职业倦怠的对策是:在强化事业心、责任感的同时,优化教务管理人员的结构,提高整体素质;改善工作方式,减轻工作压力;完善考核与晋升制度,建立有效激励机制;做好教务管理人员的培训、进修工作。
