关于学习中心建设需要解决的若干问题

摘要

The foundation of Tianjin Open University marks the distance education in Tianjin running to a new exploring stage. As a subsystem of Tianjin Radio and TV University ---Wuqing Branch, is focusing on how to establish study centre on the existing basis. The paper analyzes and discusses the main directions of school running, teaching management and support services during establishing the study center.%天津开放大学的筹建标志着天津市远程教育进入了新的探索阶段，基于区县分校建设学习中心倍受关注。根据目前情况，需要解决好办学主攻方向、教学过程管理、支持服务方式、辅导教师职能的转变问题。
