远程开放教育在中国经历函授大学、广播电视大学、开放大学,已经成为我国推进成人教育、全民教育、职业教育的主要教育体系。掌上智能移动设备应用于远程开放教育学习领域,成为继卫星、电视、互联网之后的又一新型技术平台,以智能手机或平板电脑等移动智能设备为硬件基础,以IOS或Android搭载的操作系统为平台,借助第三方应用程序,为我国远程开放教育实现真正意义上的人人皆学、时时可学、处处能学提供了可能的渠道。为此,应对国家开放大学App进行主体功能定位、用户需求分析、开发可行性分析、架构模块逻辑结构、设计主要功能区。%Growing from correspondence university, radio and TV university, to open university, open and distance education in China has become the main educational system to promote China’s adult education, education for all, and vocational education.
