基于复合酶体系的牛仔服装低温一步法生物整理

         

摘要

The dosage of amylase, cellulase, laccase and pH value were used as impact factor in central composite experiment design for biotreatment of denim at 25℃. The colour strength and shade, tensile strength, capillary effect, size removal percentage and pill extent were measured and were optimised by minitab software. The results show that cellulase gives the significant impact on colourfiding, pill extent and tensile strength, laccase gives significant impact on colourfiding and brightness, and amylase gives significant impact on capillary effect and size removal. Compared with traditional two-step treatment, the similar results of treated fabric are achieved by low temperature one-step treatment.%采用中心复合实验法设计,以淀粉酶、纤维素酶、漆酶及pH值为影响因子,在25℃条件对靛蓝牛仔织物进行一步法生物整理,测试织物的颜色、强力、毛细效应、浆料去除率及绒毛率指标并进行数据分析和优化。实验结果表明:对织物褪色、绒毛率和强力影响显著的因子主要为纤维素酶,漆酶对织物亮度和褪色影响显著,淀粉酶对淀粉去除率和毛效影响显著。在优化条件下,低温一步法处理后织物的各项指标与传统两步法接近。
