摘要

A novel one-step method of preparing porous three-dimensional biodegradable scaffolds with deposition of bioactive hydroxyapatite and collagen for tissue engineering was developed using pre-prepared ice-based microparticulates as porogens. The one-step method enhances even distribution and loading efficiency of bioactive agents, and should be particularly invaluable for the fabrication of large scaffolds with relatively small pores.
