摘要

PURPOSE: A support for regeneration of hard tissue is provided to prevent the outflow of calcium in the initial period of transplant, and to have excellent cellular behavior like high osteanagenesis inductive effect, initial adhesion to cells, propagation, and cytodifferentiation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a support for regeneration of hard tissue comprises: a step of synthesizing bioactive glass solution; a step of obtaining bioactive glass by drying and plasticizing the bioactive glass solution; a step of pulverizing the bioactive glass; a step of obtaining paste by mixing the pulverized porous bioactive glass with biodegradable polymers; a step of manufacturing a support from the paste; a step of cleansing and drying the support; a step of coating hydroxyapatite or collagen on the surface of the support; a step of cleansing and drying the coated support; and a step of sterilizing and drying the dried support.
