Antimicrobial Peptides of the earthworm is a new antimicrobial agent discovered in recent years. It plays an extremely important roal on the earthworm’s immune system. we review the advance on investigation of antimicrobial peptides in recent years, and prospect the development trend of the antimicrobial peptides.%蚯蚓抗菌肽是近年来发现的新一代抗菌剂，对蚯蚓的免疫起着重要的作用。对蚯蚓抗菌肽的研究进展、应用现状及前景进行了总结。
