运用MOOC进行校园足球教师培训的探讨

摘要

在推动校园足球发展过程中，足球教师的缺乏是影响其发展的主要因素之一，而目前足球教师的培训形式，还不能满足足球发展的需要。近几年，教育界出现了一种新的在线教育模式—MOOC，它的出现标志学习方式发生革命性的变化。根据MOOC的特点，结合足球培训中存在的问题，探讨运用MOOC加强校园足球教师培训工作，进而来提高校园足球教师的培训效率与水平，并据此提出相关想法与建议。%In the process of promoting the development of football in schoolyard, the lack of football teachers is one of the main factors affecting the development and the current form of training our teachers in football. It fails to meet the needs of the development of football. How to solve this problem? In recent years, a new online education model—MOOC appears, symbolizing a revolutionary change. Based on MOOC characteristics, and combined with the problems in football training, this paper discusses how MOOC schoolyard football strengthens teachers’ training, and how it improves the efficiency and level of training teachers, and it also puts forward relevant ideas and suggestions.
