养老护理员离职意愿与职业承诺的相关性研究

             

摘要

Objectives To investigate the relationship between turnover intention and occupation commitment of nursing assis -tant.Methods A total of 154 nursing assistants were recruited in Changsha and Changde by random sampling method .They were investigated by a self-designed general information questionnaire , Turnover Intention scale , Occupation Commitment scale . Results The total scale of turnover intention was ( 12.56 ±4.279 ) .Occupational commitment and all the scores were negatively correlated with turnover intention .Conclusions Turnover intention of nursing assistant at geriatric nursing home keeps in a high lev -el, Occupation commitment has an impact on it .Managers should take prompt and effective measures to improve the professional lev-el of occupation commitment , stable nursing member team ,Promote the sustainable development of the pension .%目的:探讨养老护理员离职意愿与职业承诺之间的相关性。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选取了常德市154名养老护理员,运用一般情况问卷、离职意愿量表、职业承诺量表进行调查。结果养老护理员离职意愿得分为12.56±4.279分;职业承诺及各纬度得分与离职意愿呈负相关( P<0.01)。结论养老护理员离职意愿较高,职业承诺对其影响较大,管理者应采取有效的措施提高职业承诺水平,稳定养老护理员队伍,促使养老事业可持续发展。
