Objectives To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care in the department of orthopedics .Methods from July 2014 to July 2015,100 cases of patients with diseases in Department of orthopedics were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,50 cases in each group .The control group was given routine nursing alone ,the observation group was treated with routine nursing care and nursing care ,the quality of life score was compared between the two groups .Results After nursing ,the total effective rate of the control group was 98%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86%,the clinical efficacy of the ex-perimental group was significantly (P<0.05); the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions it is effective to improve the nursing effect and quality of life of patients ,and promote the early recovery of patients .It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice .%目的：探讨全方位护理在骨科常见疾病护理中的应用效果评价。方法选择2014年7月至2015年7月我院创伤骨科收治的100例骨科疾病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组单独给予常规护理，观察组联合使用常规护理和全方位护理的方法，比较两组患者的临床护理效果和护理前后生活质量评分。结果护理后，对照组的总有效率为86．0％，观察组的总有效率为98．0％，试验组临床疗效显著（ P＜0．05）；观察组的患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论对骨科患者采用全方位护理模式，可以有效提高患者的护理效果和生活质量，促进患者早日康复，在临床值得推广。
