全方位规范化管理及护理质量持续改进在血液透析患者感染控制中的应用效果

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive standardized management and continuous improvement on nursing quality in nosocomial infection control of patients with hemodialysis. Methods Retrospectively collected the clinical data of 85 patients with hemodialysis from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014, the nosocomial infection control data and  potential reasons of adverse events were analyzed, and comprehensive standardized management and continuous improvement on nursing quality were provided. The clinical data of 97 patients with hemodialysis from Jan 2015 to Dec 2015 was collected and compared with those before intervention. Results The observation group reached a higher rate in nursing operation, infection control, surface culture and Hand bacteria culture compared with the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The overall adverse event rate was 1.03%(1/97) in the observation group and was 8.24%(7/85) in the control group(P＜0.05). The overall nosocomial infection was 3.09%(3/97) in the observation group and was 12.94%(11/85) in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The standardized management and continuous improvement on nursing quality can effectively improve the qualified rate of nosocomial infection control of patients with hemodialysis.
