我国工业行业技术创新效率的实证研究

摘要

Based on the data of China’s industrial innovation input and output from 2008 to 2011, the in-novation efficiency of various industrial sectors is measured with the DEA analysis method and the differ-ence of industrial innovation is compared in this paper. The results show that the overall innovation of China’s industrial innovation efficiency is not only low, but also going down, which is caused by the con-tinuing decline in pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of industrial innovation. Meanwhile, an-other important conclusion that there is no causal relationship between the increase in industrial R&D in-tensity and improvement of innovation efficiency is drawn.%基于我国37个工业行业的创新投入-产出数据，本文测算了工业行业的创新效率并进行行业间比较。结果表明：我国工业行业的整体创新效率不高，且呈现下降趋势。究其原因，这一现象出现与我国各工业行业创新的纯技术效率和规模效率持续下降密切相关。同时，研究还发现：行业研发强度与创新效率之间并不存在必然的一致性，即高研发强度行业未必创新效率较高，研发强度提高未必带来创新效率改善。
