双柱固相萃取-高效液相色谱检测生活饮用水中的酚类化合物

     

摘要

建立了以同相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法分离和检测饮用水中8种酚类化合物的分析方法.水样经C18-自填GDX-502串联固相萃取小柱净化富集,采用Shim-pack VP-ODS柱为分析柱,以体积分数为1%HAc甲醇溶液和体积分数为1%HAc水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,于1 mL/min流速、35℃柱温和280 nm波长处对样品进行检测.8种酚的检出限为0.02~18 μg/L,加标回收率在73.7%~107.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)为2.0%~13.2%.该方法用于实际饮用水中痕量酚类化合物的检测,操作简单,有机溶剂用量少,分析效率高.%A solid phase extraction and reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method was introduced for the separation and determination of phenols in drinking water sample. Water sample was purified and concentrated by C18 and GDX-502 cartridges . The analytical column of HPLC was Shim-pack VP-ODS with amobile phase of methanoK include 1%Hac, v/v)and water (include 1%Hac, v/v)at a flow rate of 1 mL/min,temperature of column at 35 ℃ and wavelength at 280 min. The results show that the detection limit of the method is 0. 02-18 μg/L for these phenol compounds, the average recovery is 73. 7%~107. 6% with precision of 2% -13. 2%RSD(n=3). The method has been applied to the determination of trace phenol compounds in practical drinking water samples with the advantages of simplicity,less organic solvent consumption and high efficiency.
