流行音乐与中国传统音乐元素的结合早已有之，本文无意驻足于某一个发展时期，而是希望在这些流行音乐创作的语境下，推演出一些传统音乐元素的嬗变方式或规律，观察在现代意识下的流行音乐中如何阐释中国传统民歌、戏曲、曲艺、民族器乐等昔日的“民间流行乐”。%There has long been the combination of elements of pop music and Chinese traditional music.
