教师对大学去行政化的消极心态:批判与匡正

     

摘要

The de⁃administration of universities is not only a systematic reform, the reconstruction of political power or the re⁃distribution of outer profits, but also cultural remodeling, moral baptism and self⁃cultivation of private personality. Teachers, as stakeholders, have due responsibilities so that they could neither stay out nor attempt or accomplish nothing. They should use the self de⁃administration to promote the de⁃administration of the school. Once teachers keep themselves away from excessive earthly profits, pursue academic accomplishments and stick to the independent personality of literati, the most in⁃depth and significant de⁃administration of universities can be realized.%大学去行政化不仅是制度的变革,也是文化的重塑,不仅是政治层面的权力重组,也是道德层面的人心洗礼,不仅是外在利益的重新分配,也是内在人格的自我修炼。对大学去行政化,大学教师既是利益相关者,也是责任相关者,既不能置身事外,也并非无所作为,应自觉以自我的去行政化推动大学去行政化。倘若大学教师保持对世俗功利的适当距离,葆有对学术的真诚与执着,坚持知识分子的独立人格,就是大学最深层次和最根本意义上的去行政化。
