讲授法在大学课堂中的困境及其突破--兼论高校创新人才培养

     

摘要

在创新人才的培养当中,存在着一股轻视讲授法的思潮。由于很多大学老师对讲授法的掌握并不熟练,学术界对讲授法的研究也不够深入,因而讲授法长期蒙受冤屈,被误以为天然导致灌输、死记硬背等不良局面,不利于创新人才的培养。事实上,讲授法无论是在知识积累还是创新思维的培养当中,都发挥着不容代替的作用。我们不应将讲授法彻底打倒,而应找出阻碍讲授法发挥其应有功能的主客观因素,并着力检讨和改进,使其在创新人才的培养中发挥出应有的价值。%There is a trend that despises the method of lecture in the cultivation of creative talents. Due to the unskilled grasp of method of lecture and the superficial research into the method of lecture, it has been misunderstood as the due root of infusion or cramming which hamper the cultivation of creative talents. In fact, the method of lecture plays an indispensible role in knowledge accumulation and the cul⁃tivation of innovative thinking. Therefore, it should not be fully denied. Subjective and objective factors that hinder the full play of its positive roles should be found out, reviewed and improved so that it can of⁃fer its due value to the cultivation of creative talents.
