运动情境与具身:生成的具身认知对Choking传统理论的挑战

     

摘要

采用文献资料、逻辑演绎、举例论证等方法,由现象学领域生成的具身理论对运动情境中Choking现象进行诠释.研究发现:具身认知理论能很好地分析高水平运动表现,高水平运动员的Choking行为完全具身地依赖环境.Choking现象可以解释具身的以生态动力学为基础的认知系统,采用具身的非线性建构训练法能提高Choking运动员对环境的适应性.研究结论:高水平运动中出现的Choking是一种打乱了有机体与环境成功耦合的具身行为,训练中建议采用生成具身技术的非线性建构训练法.%Based on enactive and embodied cognition,the Choking phenomenon in sports situation is studied by using meth-ods of document literature,logical deduction,exemplification,and so on.It is found that the theory of embodied cognition can be employed to effectively analyze the performances of elite athletes in sports,and the Choking phenomenon relies on the actual environments.The Choking theory can be used to explained the embodied cognition system built on ecological dynamics,and the environmental suitability of Choking-susceptible athletes can be improved significantly by adopting the method of embodied nonlinear constructing training.It concludes that athletes Choking in high-level sport games is the em-bodied behavior which disrupts the effective coupling between organism and environments.Thus,we recommend to adopt the nonlinear constructing training method consisting of the embodied skills.
