英语全球化背景下跨文化交际能力培养中的误区及其应对

摘要

It has long been the goal of foreign language teaching to cultivate students′intercultural communicative ability.However,some long mistaken ideas have existed in the English language teaching due to a variety of reasons,and the students who are educated in the wrong way can not adapt to the new environment and situation.The present paper has presented these problems and pointed out the potential dangers.Some countermeasures are suggested as well to serve as reference for the reform in culture teaching.%自从20世纪80年代初我国外语界学者引进跨文化交际学以来,跨文化交际能力的培养很快就被确认为外语教学的重要目标。大多数英语教师在其日常教学中也很重视文化因素的导入,从而大大增强了学习者对文化差异的敏感性,为保证跨文化交际的有效进行打下了必要的基础。但是,不能否认,我国的跨文化交际教学并不能与目前所处的英语全球化背景相适应,在认识和实践中都存在一些误区。要真正培养适应英语全球化环境的跨文化交际人才,需要其研究者与英语教育工作者携手努力,在理论和实践层面能不断有所突破。故对此提出一些思考和建议。
