张家港高校毕业生就业工作面临的挑战与对策

摘要

深入剖析了张家港高校毕业生就业存在供需结构性矛盾突出、毕业生能力素质欠缺、择业观念滞后等突出问题，提出了政府出台支持政策、完善政府部门毕业生就业工作体系、强化目标管理与激励机制、建立和完善就业信息网络、校政合作共建社会需求服务平台、加强就业指导等对策，以改进张家港高校毕业生就业工作，取得了良好的实践效果。%　　Some challenges exist at present in the employment administration of Zhangjiagang’s native college graduates, such as: the gap between supply and demand, lack of required competence and quality among graduates, traditional employment ideology, etc. A few practical approaches are suggested on a tentative basis: supportive policies and pragmatic employment administration system by the local government, scientific goal assessment and incentive mechanism, comprehensive information networks, well-coordinated service platforms shared by colleges, government agencies and businesses, better employment guidance, etc, which have brought about obvious achievements in the work.
