Provided are: a sealing sheet that has excellent barrier properties for alkali metal ions that are emitted from the cover glass of a solar cell module, prevents the PID phenomenon in the solar cell module, and prevents degradation in power generation because the amount of acetic acid generated due to the degradation of the sealing material is small; and a solar cell module using said sealing sheet. This solar cell module sealing sheet, which solves the abovementioned problem, is formed by laminating and integrating a cyclic olefin resin film, and a film sheet in which 10-50 parts by weight of silica have been added to 100 parts by weight of a transparent olefin rubber composition having an ethylene-α-olefin rubber copolymer (A) and an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (B) blended therein at a blending ratio (A/B) of 60/40 to 90/10, and in which the thickness of a transparent olefin rubber material that includes an organic peroxide crosslinking agent is 100-800 μm.
