高职院校引入国际培训中心构架“三元协同”人才培养机制的研究

     

摘要

高等职业技术教育培养的是技术技能型人才,其培养需要实施“学校+企业”的“双元制”模式。但企业在理论教学和实训中的配合度差,难于构建真正的双元教学机制。引入国际培训中心作为校企合作中的第三方,借助其体制、性质、国际化和就业影响力,可以有效形成符合“理论、实训、实习”流程交替所需的“三元协同”机制。%Higher vocational and technical education trains personnel with technological skills. It needs to implement the “dual system” mode between the school and the enterprise. However, with the theoretical teaching and practical training, co-ordination from enterprises is poor, and difficult to building a true dual teaching mechanism. International Training Centre is introduced to school-enterprise cooperation as a third party. With its institutions, nature, internationalization and the influence of employment, it can effectively establish the talent training mechanisms of “Triadic Coordination” which complies with the alternating process among of theory, training and practice,.
