An analytical method for rapid determination of caffeine in beverages was established by high perform-ance liquid chromatography-diode array detection. The chromatography conditions were optimized as follows:Mo-bile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid (20∶10∶70), the detection wavelength was set at 273 nm, and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The results showed that there was a good linearity within the range of 0. 003 ~0. 12 mg/mL(R2=0. 9999). The Precision RSD was 1. 75%. The repeatability RSD was 0. 51%. The average recovery was 99% ~103%. This simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible method can be used as an analysis method for determining caffeine in beverages.%建立了一种快速测定饮品中咖啡因的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法( HPLC-DAD法).流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液(20∶10∶70),检测波长273 nm,流速1.0 mL/min.结果表明,在咖啡因浓度为0.003~0.120 mg/mL范围内,线性良好(R2=0.9999);方法精密度RSD为1.75%;重复性RSD为0.51%;平均加标回收率为99%~103%.
