论周公治国思想及对后世的影响

摘要

周公的治国思想主要来源于先王的治国经验尤其是文王的治国方略，周公将其进一步地付诸实践，在实践中逐渐得到升华，最后形成思想理论。周公的治国思想主要包括五点：一，敬德保民；二，明德慎罚；三，任人唯贤，宽容诚信；四，提倡孝友，以固政权；五，制礼作乐，加强文化建设，使人们逐渐由他律转为自律。周公的治国思想对后世直至今天仍有深远影响。%Duke of statecraft mainly comes from the rule of the king of sages, especially the governing strategy of King Wen of Zhou. Duke of Zhou put it into practice, further made it in practice gradually , finally formed the thought and theory. Duke of Zhou governing thought mainly includes five points: first, respecting and protecting the people; second, see benevolent, cautious punishment; third, appointing virtuous and talented people, sincerity and tolerance; fourth, advocating filial and love, to consolidate the regime; fifth, system of rites and music, strengthen cultural construction, so that people, gradually change from the discipline into self-discipline. The Duke of Zhou thought of rule still has a far-reaching influence until today.
