管子的治国思想及其影响

摘要

Guanzi′s manage idea on state affairs was analyzed such as agriculture, rule of law, talents management and military. His rule of law thought played a certain role for the society at that time,and had a positive impact today. Guanzi assisted Duke of Qihuangong implementing political and economic reforms thus made Qi Dynasty the first of five powers in Spring and Autumn period.%分别从农业、法治、用人、军事等方面对管子的治国理政思想进行分析，其法治思想对当时的社会起到了很大的推动作用，并产生了积极影响。管子辅佐齐桓公，对齐国的政治、经济等方面进行改革，使齐国成为春秋五霸之首。
