鱼腥草对肉鸡生长性能及免疫力的影响

120 one-day-old A A broilers (equal numbers of the male and the female) were randomly divided into four groups: control group (fed with a basic diet), experimental groups were added 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% Houtluynia cordata in their basic diets respectively to study the effects of different additions on growth performance and immunity of AA broilers. The results showed that the body weight gain of the experimental groups increased 8.2%,22.2% and 13.8%, and the feed to gain ratioes( F/G) of experimental groups showed significant difference (P < 0.05) with that of the control, decreasing 2.7%, 13.8% and 5.5% respectively, and the group with 0.2% additives had the best result. On the other hand, the immune organ index of broilers in the treatment groups were higher, and the difference was very significant (P < 0.05 ). In addition, the 0.2% group serum of ND antibody tilers was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05 ). The results indicated the basic diet added 0.2% Hout- tuynia cordata could be effective in promoting growth and improving the specific humoral immune function of AA broilers.%选用1日龄商品代AA肉鸡120只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.1％,0.2％,0.4％的鱼腥草,试验期6周,研究鱼腥草对肉鸡生长性能及免疫机能的影响.结果表明:整个试验期肉鸡平均体增质量试验组比对照组分别提高5.4％,19.1％和10.9％,试验组料肉比比对照组分别降低2.7％,13.8％和5.5％,且以0.2％添加剂量的试验组效果最好,与对照组相比差异显著(P＜0.05).鱼腥草对肉鸡的免疫器官也有较大的影响,其中,胸腺指数试验组较对照组分别提高19.6％,45.5％和34.8％,差异显著(P＜0.05)；脾脏指数试验组比对照组分别提高9.6％,48.2％和30.7％,差异显著(P＜0.05)；法氏囊指数试验组比对照组分别提高1.7％,13.9％和5.2％,差异显著(P＜0.05)；新城疫HI抗体滴度试验组与对照组相比,以0.2％剂量的试验组抗体效价最高,与其他组差异显著(P＜0.05).试验得出,添加适量的鱼腥草具有促进肉鸡生长、提高肉鸡免疫机能的作用,且以0.2％的添加量比较适宜.
