This is a research on emotional management capability between 116 special-grade teachers and 197 ordinary teachers . Results are:(1)special-grade teachers’ emotional management capabilities are better than ordinary teachers ’ .(2)For special-grade teachers ,emotional management capabilities are just the same in gender ,but different in teaching stage .(3) For ordinary teachers , there are significant differences both in gender and in teaching stage .%对江西省116名特级教师和197名普通教师的情绪管理能力调查研究结果表明,特级教师的情绪管理能力显著优于普通教师;不同性别的特级教师的总体情绪管理能力不存在显著差异,而普通教师中,女教师的情绪管理能力要显著优于男教师;不同教段的特级教师在总体情绪管理能力上不存在显著差异,而不同教段的普通教师在总体情绪管理能力上存在着明显差异,小学教师的情绪管理能力要明显优于初中教师,初中教师的情绪管理能力明显优于高中教师。
