中国外资企业女性劳动力收入状况及其影响因素分析

         

摘要

With the reform and opening up policy , China has attracted increasing amount of foreign investment;meanwhile, women workforce has been making increasingly larger proportion in foreign enterprises .Thus, the research on income of female workforce becomes an necessary issue .In this paper , the influence of foreign -funded enterprises on female employees ’ income is divided into three levels———human capital level , gender level and the enterprise level———and hence the three estimation models take shape .This article explores the influence of three levels on income via multiple linear regression analysis .The results show that each variable in the estimation model explain the income condition of female labor in foreign enterprises from a certain aspect .%我国在改革开放之后吸引的外资数量日渐增加,女性劳动力的数量在外资企业中所占比重越来越大,对其收入问题的研究成为重要课题。影响外资企业中女性员工收入的因素可分为3个层面,并由此形成人力资本层面、性别层面及企业层面的3个估计模型。通过多元线性回归分析探讨各层面作用效果的结果表明,估计模型中各变量较好地解释了外资企业中女性劳动力的收入状况。
