全身振动介入静态伸展对离心运动后延迟性肌肉酸痛的影响研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨全身振动(WBV)介入静态伸展恢复模式对高强度离心运动后肌肉损伤指标的影响.方法:27名足球专选班学员自愿参与本次实验,并被随机均分为振动(频率50 Hz、振幅2 mm、时间9 min)介入静态伸展组(VT)、静态伸展组(SE)与控制组(CON);所有受试者在实验前、后接受关节活动度(ROM)、自觉肌肉酸痛指数(VAS)、肌酸激酶(CK)与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等指标测试.结果:1)SE组对于缓解离心运动后的延迟性肌肉酸痛是有效的,表现为离心运动后的CK与LDH显著低于CON组,而VAS与ROM显著优于CON组;2)与SE组相比,VT组在舒解离心运动后的肌肉损伤指标方面更有效,在ROM、VAS、CK及LDH四大指标的方面表现比SE组更优异.结论:高强度离心运动后进行WBV介入静态伸展可显著降低肌肉损伤指标的水平,且WBV介入静态伸展对缓和肌肉损伤的恢复效果显著优于静态伸展.%Objective: To explore whole-body vibration involved in static stretch on delayed onset muscle soreness after high intensity eccentric exercise.Methods: Twenty seven soccer major college students voluntarily participated in this study, and they were randomly assigned to vibration involved in static stretch group (Group VT: Frequency: 50Hz, amplitude: 2mm, duration time: 9 min), static stretch group (Group SE) and control group(Group CON).All subjects were tested in range of motion (ROM) of joint, visual analogue scale(VAS), Creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).Results: 1) Group SE had an effective role on the relief of delayed onset muscle soreness after eccentric exercise, it indicated that the level of CK and LDH in group SE were significantly lower than group CON;2) Compared with group SE, the group VT had better effective role on the relief of delayed onset muscle soreness after eccentric exercise, the ROM, VAS,CK and LDH were better than that in group SE.Conclusions: Whole-body vibration involved in static stretch have an significant role on the relief of delayed onset muscle soreness after high intensity eccentric exercise, and it is significant better than static stretch.
