远程教育教师职业倦怠产生的原因及干预策略

         

摘要

如今社会,职业倦怠现象日趋严重,特别是教师作为职业倦怠的高发人群,如何预防和干预教师职业倦怠成为提高教师教学质量的关键. 特别是远程教育教师有着与普通教师不同的特点,教育模式、教学手段和教学行为的独特特点使得远程教育教师更易发生职业倦怠,因此本文基于远程教育的独特特点探讨远程教育教师职业倦怠的成因,并提出相应的对策,以预防和减轻教师职业倦怠的发生,进而促进教师专业发展,提高教师的教学质量.%Nowadays , the phenomenon of job burnout increase seriously , and teachers are high -risk groups of job burnout , How to prevent and intervene teachers'job burnout becomes the key to improve the teaching quality . Moreover , distance education has different characteristics from common teachers ,and the unique festures of educa-tion mode , teaching means and teaching behavior's make distance education teachers'job burnout occur often .So in this paper , based on the unique characteristics of distance education , the author discusses the reason of distance education teachers'job burnout , and puts forward corresponding countermeasures , in order to prevent and reduce the happening of the teachers'job burnout , promote the teacher professional development , and improve the quality of teachers'teaching .
