A system for teaching a student remotely in a man-to-man way, especial teaching a foreign language to a student over two countries the languages of which are different by using a server and terminal connected to the Internet. A system for automatically adopting teachers through the Internet is build in a country where the language to be taught is the mother language to prepare a multiple of teachers. As a result, it is possible for teachers to teach students foreign languages by using terminals in real time in a man-to-man way even though they are in their respective countries. A server controls the quality of the teachers by examining the collected evaluations of teachers by students and also controls the quality of the students by examining the collected evaluations of students by teachers, thereby providing a higher-quality foreign language education.
