在日常交际中，经常会使用一些冗余信息。在外交场合下，外交辞令也是如此。作为外交交谈的一种技巧和策略，能够满足特殊的交际需要，并产生一定的语用效果。在使用冗余信息时，一般应遵循目的—意图原则和礼貌原则，这样才能使交际双方更好地沟通。本文结合冗余信息理论，选取一些具有代表性的外交辞令作为分析材料，对外交辞令中冗余信息的语用功能及其语用原则做具体的分析和研究。%In daily communication ,often using some redundant information .Diplomatic language is the same in diplomatic occasions .As a kind of skills and strategy in diplomatic conversation ,redundant infor‐mation of diplomatic language can meet special communication needs and produce certain pragmatic effect . Using the redundant information should follow the goal intention principle and politeness principle so as to make communication better communication on both sides .This paper will combine the theoretical back‐ground of redundant information ,select some representative examples in diplomatic language as the analy‐sis of material to make specific analysis and research for the pragmatic functions and pragmatic principles of redundant information in the diplomatic language .
