社会学视野下民办幼儿园教师流动现状调查及分析--以南宁市民办幼儿园为例

         

摘要

拥有一支稳定的师资队伍,是民办幼儿园持续、健康发展的前提条件。本文以南宁市民办幼儿教师为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、访谈法等对该市民办幼儿教师的流动情况进行了调查分析。研究发现该市大部分教师都存在着流动的意愿,在流动去向的选择上,大部分为职业内流动,主要是经济和社会保障等因素导致了民办幼儿教师的流动。同时,提出了可以通过学前教育立法、提高教师工资待遇、健全民办幼儿教师社会保障体系以及提高教师的专业化水平等途径来改善民办幼儿教师流动的对策和建议。%It is a prerequisite to have a stable team of teachers for private kindergarten to keep sustained and healthy development .This paper takes the private kindergarten teachers of Nanning as the research object ,uses the method of questionnaire and interview on the private kindergarten teachers to investigate the situation of the teachers’ staff turnover in the private kindergartens of Nanning city .The research re‐sults show that most teachers have a strong will to change their jobs in someday ;While on the other hand , the main turnover of the private kindergarten teachers are still in the occupations .T his paper studies the reasons of the turnover :low wages and no social security and other factors led to the high private pre‐school teachers’ turnover .At the same time ,the paper also proposes strategies to improve the situation of the private kindergarten teachers ,such as speed up the pre-legislative ,to improve the wages of teachers and to build the social security system for private kindergarten teachers .By these ways ,we can improve the professional level of the teachers .
