初中女教师职业倦怠的调查研究--以辉县市几所初中的女教师为调查研究对象

长期以来，教师职业倦怠广受人们关注，因为教师作为一种特殊的职业，其职业倦怠严重影响其本身的行为与教育的质量，这种现象广泛存在于中小学教师队伍中，尤以女教师最为普遍。因此，本文通过对初中女教师职业倦怠现状的调查，分析出影响中学女教师职业倦怠的真正原因，从而为解决女教师职业倦怠这一问题提出一定的措施与方案。%The teacher job burnout has widely caught the attention of people for a long time. As a special profession, teachers’ job burnout seriously affects their behaviors and the quality of education. This kind of phenomenon widely exists in teachers in primary and secondary schools, especially in female teachers. Therefore, this article investigates the job burnout status of junior middle school teachers, analyses the real reasons for job burnout, and put forward some measures and solutions to solve the problem.
