注册安全工程师的继续教育,对于企业安全管理水平的提升、工作绩效的改善具有重要作用.首先介绍国内外注册安全工程师及继续教育的现状.结合我国石化企业的特点,从基本素养、专业技术、管理技能三个方面分析了注册安全工程师的岗位能力要求.为了实现分专业、分层次提升业务素质和技能的目标,提出针对石化企业非煤矿矿山安全、危险物品安全、建筑施工安全三个主要注册类别的不同等级水平的继续教育课程体系.最后从培训管理流程、培训需求调研与分析、培训方案设计、培训效果评估四个方面,对目前石化企业注册安全工程师的继续教育工作进行概括总结.对于安全培训工作的从业者来说,具有一定的参考价值.%To promote the safety management level and improve the safety performance of the enterprises effectively, it' s very important for them to implement the continuing education of certified safety engineers ( CSE ) . Firstly, the present situation of CSE and their continuing education was introduced briefly, both in China and abroad. Then, based on the characteristics of Chinese petrochemical enterprise, the post competence requirements of CSE were analyzed in three ways respectively, i. e. basic quality, professional technique, managing skill. For sake of upgrading the professional quality and skill of CSE in different majors and levels, a continuing education course system of CSE was already developed and implemented, which included the different levels of courses and applied to three main CSE registration categories of petrochemical enterprise in China, i. e. non-coal mine safety, hazardous materials safety and construction safety. Finally, the current work of CSE continuing education in Chinese petrochemical enterprise was summarized primarily in the following four aspects: training management process, training needs analysis, training plan design, training effect evaluation. Some problems existing in training were come up with, and they would also be the focuses of research in future. To some extent, this paper has reference value for the safety training and managing.
