老年ACI患者治疗前后血浆leptin和血清Hcy、hs-CRP、IL-6检测的临床意义

摘要

目的:探讨了老年急性脑梗死(ACI)患者治疗前后血浆leptin和血清Hcy、hs-CRP和IL-6水平的变化及临床意义.方法:应用放射免疫分析、免疫法和免疫比浊法对33例老年ACI患者进行了血浆leptin和血清Hcy、hs-CRP、IL-6检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较.结果:老年ACI患者在治疗前血浆leptin和血清Hcy、hs-CRP和IL-6水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P＜0.01),经治疗3个月后与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:检测上述实验室项目,对老年ACI患者病情和进展的监测具有重要的临床价值.%Objective To study the significance of changes on plasma leptin and serum Hey ,Hs-CRP,IL-6 levels after treatment in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Plasma leptin and serum EL-6 (with RIA) serum Hey (with immune method). Serum hs-CRP(with high-sensitive turbidimetry) levels were measured in 33 elder patients with acute cerebral infarction and 35 normal controls. Results Before treatment, plasma leptin and serun Hey, hs-CRP,IL-6 Levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls. (P 0.05 ). Conclusion Detection of above-mentioned laboratory test might possess important value to monitor the pathosis and progress of disease in elderly patients with ACL
