构建幼教师资队伍建设体系加强幼儿教师培养培训

摘要

The present situation of kindergarten teachers is clear through investigation and the system of kin-dergarten teachers can be constructed to adapt to the social and economic development in Yunnan from the perspective of teacher education and teacher training.%通过调查，明晰了云南省学前教育师资队伍现状，并从幼教师资队伍培养与培训两个角度，提出整体构建幼儿教师资队伍建设体系，使之与云南省经济、社会发展相适应。
