本科护理教育中专业导师和辅导员工作双轨制的调查研究

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the configuration mode of undergraduate nursing students 'professional tutors , construct double track system for counselors and professional tutors of students affairs , and improve the professional cultivation reality-Division of Education from Teaching , Separation of Moral Education from Intellectual Education .Methods The self-made closed-ended questionnaire were made to survey our school teachers and students separately , statistical analysis of the questionnaire results was processed by using percentage statistics method.Results Teachers are in consistent with students to the professional tutor 's configuration, evaluation of configuration mode , and attitude of configuration mode .Conclusions Under the requirements of professional training objectives , to implement counselors and professional tutors'double track system for students'affairs, and complete the cultivation of students'professional education .%目的:探讨本科护生专业导师的配置方式,构建辅导员、专业导师学生工作双轨制,改善“教育教学分立、德育智育分离”的专业培育现实。方法采用自制封闭式问卷分别对我校学生和教师进行调查,采用百分率统计法对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果师生对专业导师配置和配置方式的评价和态度比较一致。结论在专业培养目标的统一要求下,实施专业导师和辅导员工作双轨制有利于提升本科护理专业教育培养质量。
