职业学校医学生学习倦怠情况及影响因素的调查

             

摘要

Objective In order to understand the learning burnout situation and main influencing factors of medical students in junior high school , to provide evidence for improving students 'learning enthusiasm . Methods According to professional and grade stratified cluster sampling , 1, 031 students in Fuyang Health School were investigated with the questionnaire of adolescent learning burnout .Results The average scores from high to low ranking were: physical exhaustion , low sense of achievement , academic alienation; academic alienation boys scored higher than girls , the difference was statistically significant; Academic alienation of boys scored higher than girls , the difference was statistically significant; Secondary school students were higher than junior college students in physical and mental exhaustion , alienation and low sense of achievement; academic alienation scores of boarders than boarders , there were statistically significant differences between the two groups . Conclusions We should change the status quo from the aspects of school , family, teachers, learning environment , and improve students'learning effect .%目的:了解初中起点的职业学校医学生的学习倦怠情况及主要影响因素,为提高学生学习积极性提供依据。方法采用按专业、年级进行分层整群抽样,采用青少年学习倦怠量表对阜阳卫生学校的1031名在校学生进行调查。结果各维度平均得分排序从高到低依次为身心耗竭、低成就感、学业疏离;学业疏离方面男生得分高于女生,差异有统计学意义;中专学生在身心耗竭、学业疏离、低成就感方面均高于大专学生;学业疏离得分住校生低于不住校生,两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论职业学校学生学习倦怠情况较为普遍,应从学校、家庭、教师、学习环境等多方面改变现状,提高学生学习效果。
