试论教师职业道德评价机制的建构

摘要

教师职业道德评价机制,是教师职业道德形成与发展的重要外部保障机制,是加强教师职业道德建设的重要途径。建构科学的教师职业道德评价机制应树立发展性的教师职业道德评价观;应确立教师职业道德评价标准的个性化机制;建立自我评价机制;建立反馈与激励机制,从而全面均衡地发挥教师职业道德评价的功能。%The evaluation mechanism of teacher＇s professional morals is the significant external security mechanism for constraining the formation and development of teacher＇s professional morals.Constructing the scientific evaluation mechanism of teacher＇s professional morals is the channel which should not be ignored for strengthening the construction of teacher＇s professional morals.The Construction of scientific evaluation mechanism of teacher＇s professional morals should establish developed conception of it;construct the plural and individualized mechanism of evaluation criterion for it;and develop self-assessment mechanism,feedback and incentive mechanism.
