山东半岛蓝色经济区滨海旅游业发展与转型路径

摘要

This paper employs the relative development rate, Moore structure fluctuation index and geographic concentration method to measure the present situation and the characteristics of coastal tourism in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula. The results show that there are some problems such as uncoordinated development, unreasonable structure of the tourism industry, imbalanced distribution of passenger flow, and weak regional drawing etc. Therefore we should construct the mechanism of regional coordination in Shandong Peninsula, promote the regional integration of tourism, and push forward the multi-sphere cooperation to develop the tourism, and accelerate the construction of coastal tourism industry cluster, thus promoting the reform and the development of blue zone coastal tourism.%采用相对发展率、Moore结构变动指数、地理集中度等方法对山东半岛蓝色经济区滨海旅游业的发展现状和特点进行研究，发现目前蓝区内滨海旅游业存在发展不协调、产业结构不合理、客流分布不均衡、区域拉动性弱等问题。由此，应采取措施，构建半岛区域协作机制，推动区域旅游一体化，推动多圈层旅游联动开发，加速建设滨海旅游产业集群等，以促进蓝区滨海旅游业的改革与发展。
