The shelter has side panels extended between a lower end and an upper end, where the side panels has a thermal insulation (49) interposed between interior and exterior walls (39, 40). A rain-barrier sealed sheet (52) is interposed between the thermal insulation and the exterior wall. A free space (54) is located between the sealed sheet and the exterior wall. The space is communicated with an exterior at a lower end of the side panels.
