滨海旅游业与地区经济发展系统耦合作用与耦合效率评价--以山东半岛蓝色经济区七城市为例

摘要

The coupling coordination and interactive development of coastal tourism and regional economic system not only show the extent of the coupling action between two sub-systems but also depends on the coupling efficiency of these two systems. Using the coupling coordination degree model, the paper discusses the condition of the coupling coordination development between the coastal tourism and regional economy system in Shandong peninsula blue economic zone, and evaluates the coupling efficiency.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. From the point of coupling efficiency, analysis on Qingdao, Rizhao, Dongying, Binzhou and Weihai is conducted.%滨海旅游业与地区经济发展系统的耦合协调与互动发展，不仅表现为两个子系统之间耦合作用的程度，而且取决于这两种系统耦合作用的效率。本文运用耦合协调度模型探讨了山东半岛蓝色经济区滨海旅游业与地区经济发展系统之间的耦合协调发展状况，并采用数据包络分析方法（DEA）对其耦合效率进行评价和分析，进而提出相关的对策建议。结果表明，滨海旅游业与地区经济耦合系统促进作用明显，但存在显著的地区差异，其中青岛市滨海旅游与地区经济发展高度耦合、共同发展，烟台、威海、潍坊中度耦合、相互促进，日照、东营和滨州濒临失调，滨海旅游滞后于地区经济发展。从耦合作用效率来看，青岛、日照、东营和滨州的耦合效率达到最高水平，最低的为威海。
