人格建构与社会文化

摘要

社会文化在个体人格建构中具有重要作用。文化所构成的特定的社会环境对个体人格形成产生定向引导和直接影响。但人格形成不是文化的简单复制，二者之间存在着交互作用、双相协调的关系。在经济社会高速发展的今天，如何加强思想文化建设，促进公民人格健康发展和社会良性进步，是摆在我们面前的重要课题。%Social culture plays an important role in the process of constructing personality. The certain social environment formed by culture directly guides and influences the construction of personality. But the construction of personality is not a simple copy of culture, they interact and coordinate with each other. In the modern time when the society is developing rapidly and turbulently, and social psychology goes disordered easily, it is a significant subject for us to study how to enhance the spiritual and cultural construction and promote the healthy development of citizens’ personality and accelerate the benign improvement of the society.
